Brad L. Romine, President and CEO of Dalton-Cole & Associates has several years experience working with nonprofit organizations.

Mr. Romine began his nonprofit work with the local Easter Seal affiliate in Indianapolis, Indiana. Since that time, he has worked in all facets of nonprofit fund raising and administration. His work experience included organizations that provided services to children and adults with disabilities, health services, scientific research and arts and cultural organizations.

Mr. Romine founded Dalton-Cole & Associates 14 years ago with the goal to provide personal, customized services to nonprofit organizations.

Continuing to be active in the community, Mr. Romine serves on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Rehabilitation Association and the Indiana Names Project AIDS quilt. He is a past member of the Indianapolis Mayors Advisory Council on Disabilities and a past Board member and Treasurer of the National Rehabilitation Association based in Alexandria, Virginia.
